Opportunity in Indian Defence Sectors

The Defence industry in India is growing by leaps and bounds. India is the 10th largest Defence spender in the world. Indian government would like to enhance and develop the defence procurement process by using offsets policy, Transfer of technology, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) etc. 70% of our defence requirements are met through imports but  aims to  reverse this situation and manufacture 70 per cent  of its defence equipment in India. Defence budget of India is 2.17% of its GDP. The latest defence budget has witnessed an increase of 17%.  Annual Defence Budget India: USD 40.44 Billion for the year 2012-13.

SEMCO as one of the emerging service provider in the defence sector .Our main object is to provide marketing services including Pre and after sales service to foreign Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for small arms, ammunitions, arms spare parts, components, accessories as required by the defence  of govt. of India

We act as a consultant to the OEM and assist in finding the eligible Indian offset partners.
